The Wicked Witch of the West

From the Olde World Puppet Theatre production of
Meco Menardo's Disco Wizard of Oz.

The Witch is 6 feet tall and worn in front of the puppeteer
who is dressed in black . She is only fabric from the chest down so she can "melt".
