Plasticine Carve, Plaster Mold
& Neoprene Head

Production detail of casting heads (or other body parts) in Neoprene. The part is carved in Plasticine, a non-hardening clay, from which a plaster mold is made.

The neoprene part is cast from the mold.

Once you are satisfied with the resulting neoprene part, the Plasticine can be reused, as is obvious from the picture above.
